Quick Update

Just wanted to let you all know that I went to the Dr. this morning and all was well. My blood pressure didn't go up any more, so that was a relief!!! Jack's heart beat is still going strong:)

33 weeks

I am now 33 weeks and still growing. Pat and I went to Childbirth class yesterday and it was informative. My favorite part was seeing a newborn in the nursery. It really made me excited for my own to come! I went to the doctor Thursday and my blood pressure was a little elevated so they asked me to come back Tuesday. I hope all is well because I really can't afford to go on bed rest right now. I still have 5 weeks of school to finish, and if I get off work now I won't be able to spent a whole 3 months at home when Jack gets here. Keep your fingers crossed for me:)

The Nursery

Well Pat and I have been working on the nursery. We got our crib and changing table last week, and my mom and I refinished a dresser I had in college and we have a complete set of furniture. It looks great. We also had a baby shower this past weekend and thanks to our friends and family we were able to start filling the room:)

30 weeks

Well....I am now 30 weeks along. I feel pretty good. ( I tell myself this only because I know it is only going to get worse!) I went to the doctor Tuesday and everything was good. I feel very lucky that everything is going well so far. I go to the doctor every two weeks now for measurement and to listen to Jack's heartbeat. At about 36 weeks I will go every week and at 37 weeks they will start examining me to see if I have dilated at all. It is coming down to it and we are getting really excited!!
